Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Valio is seeking a passionate and resilient Chat Support Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience looking to start a career in customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and have the ability to effectively present information to customers.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through chat channels, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Resilient and able to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism - Passionate about helping customers and providing top-notch service - Strong critical thinking skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and Finnish
