Job Description:
TietoEVRY is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Turku, FI. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels. This role requires a reliable and resilient individual who can effectively multitask and handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via chat to provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution of customer issues. 2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Research and troubleshoot technical issues to provide accurate solutions to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer problems and escalate issues as needed. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with innovative ideas to improve chat support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information through chat support channels. 3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Innovative mindset to contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction. 6. Reliable and resilient personality to handle challenging customer interactions. 7.
