Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Outokumpu is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through chat in a timely and accurate manner - Provide support and guidance to customers on product usage and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product information and changes - Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities - Innovative mindset to suggest improvements and enhancements to processes - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
