Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

ZenRobotics is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, possess a passion for customer service, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
