Job description:

Outokumpu is seeking a passionate and resilient Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time entry-level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions through chat support. 2. Assisting customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries. 3. Conducting research to resolve customer issues and escalations. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilizing data to inform decisions and improve customer interactions. 6. Demonstrating excellent people management skills by effectively communicating with customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer support. 3. Resilient in high-pressure situations and able to adapt to changes. 4. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Proficiency in using chat support tools and software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
