Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

Raisio plc is looking for a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring that stellar customer service is provided to our clients. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the chat support team, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members - Set performance metrics and KPIs for the team and ensure they are met consistently - Monitor chat interactions and provide feedback and coaching to team members - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency of the chat support operation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Confident and driven personality - Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills - Proven experience in managing a chat support team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of chat support tools and technologies - Proficiency in English and Finnish
