Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Varjo Technologies is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Manager to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor performance metrics and quality standards to ensure that customer service goals are met. 3. Develop and implement training programs for chat support representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the chat support team.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication and leadership skills. 3. Hardworking and energetic personality. 4. Excellent problem-solving and research abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service. 7. Proficiency in using chat support tools and systems. 8. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
