Optomed is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As a leading provider of medical devices and software solutions for ophthalmic care, Optomed is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through technology innovation. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer support management to take on a Mid-to-Senior Level role within our organization.
As a Chat Support Manager at Optomed, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of chat support agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Developing and implementing chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyzing chat support metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Training and coaching chat support agents to enhance their performance and professional development - Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Optomed products and services to provide accurate information to customers
