Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Valio is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support roles, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our chat support system.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance management. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. 3. Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Identify trends and issues in customer inquiries and propose solutions for continuous improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies to enhance our chat support capabilities. 7. Foster a positive and productive work environment for the chat support team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven track record of at least 6 years in customer support roles, with a focus on chat support. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Energetic and confident personality traits. 5. Strong analytical skills and time management abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience with chat support software and CRM systems.
