Job Description:
Cargotec is seeking a highly experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team and work remotely from home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service and chat support management, you will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer interactions - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the chat support process and improve customer satisfaction - Monitor chat support performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination between teams - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new chat support team members
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 6+ years of experience in customer service and chat support management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Adaptable and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in customer service operations - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with customer relationship management systems is a plus
