Job Description:
Beneq is currently seeking a Chat Support Manager to work from home in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate for this position should be hardworking, reliable, adaptable, and have strong decision-making skills.
As a Chat Support Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of chat support representatives, providing training and guidance, monitoring chat interactions to ensure quality and efficiency, analyzing chat data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize chat support performance.
Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills - Strong leadership abilities - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in chat support tools and software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
