Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team at Ponsse in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat for our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through our chat platform promptly and professionally - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to our clients - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and information about our services

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent negotiation skills - Proficient in using chat platforms and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
