Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Yeply is seeking a reliable and resilient Chat Support Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar field. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Utilize innovative solutions to address customer needs and provide personalized assistance - Adapt to changing situations and customer requirements quickly and effectively - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up when necessary

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to think critically - Proficiency in using chat and messaging platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovation and adaptability in solving customer issues - Fluency in English and Finnish
