Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Kojamo is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Turku, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will involve providing chat support to our customers remotely. The ideal candidate will be driven and resourceful, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support. 5. Demonstrate excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently. 4. Must be driven and motivated to deliver exceptional service. 5. Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Comfortable working remotely and independently.
