Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Cargotec is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner via chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our system - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing feedback to improve our chat support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment - People management skills to handle diverse customer personalities - Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to learn new technologies

Personality traits: - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Motivated to succeed and exceed customer expectations

Soft skills: - People management to effectively handle customer interactions - Adaptability to quickly adjust to changes in customer needs
