Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Wärtsilä is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing chat support to clients and partners around the world.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to chat inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide solutions to technical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively 3. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends 6. Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Adaptability and problem-solving skills 5. Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software
