Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Outokumpu is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using our products - Maintain and update customer records and information in our database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved

Requirements: - Independent and confident with excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
