Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Outokumpu is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support via chat to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through chat support - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and energetic personality traits - Strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software
