Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

F-Secure is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Turku, Finland. In this part-time, entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through live chat to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are energetic, motivated, and have a passion for problem-solving and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services. 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers. 5. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Must be proficient in using chat software and CRM systems. 5. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not required. 6. Must be energetic, motivated, and have a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 7. Must possess strong strategic planning skills to effectively handle customer inquiries.
