We are seeking a talented Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team at Aiven in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Identify and escalate priority issues as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong teamwork and leadership skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficiency in technology and familiarity with chat support platforms
