Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team at Varjo in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via chat to provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with inquiries. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer concerns. 4. Monitor and respond to chat inquiries in a timely manner to meet service level agreements. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. 6. Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and system updates to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for helping customers. 3. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers. 4. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent people management skills to handle challenging customer interactions. 6. Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasional overtime as needed.
