Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team at UPM-Kymmene. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and professional assistance - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical skills and time management - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
