Job Description - Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:


Paptic is seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Reliable and energetic with a positive attitude - Excellent presentation skills and emotional intelligence - Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills - Proven experience in a customer service or chat support role - Proficient in using chat support software and other relevant technology - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
