Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Neste, a leading renewable fuels company, is seeking a Part-Time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. 5. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management. 6. Assist in continuously improving the chat support process and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Independent and confident personality traits. 2. Strong strategic planning and innovation skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 5. Familiarity with CRM software and chat support platforms. 6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. 7. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
