Job Description:

Varjo is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a part-time Entry Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary. 3. Provide product information and guidance to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support. 3. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
