Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

SingleStore is seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat services. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a hardworking and confident personality.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Contribute to knowledge base articles for self-service support. 6. Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong research and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members. 5. Familiarity with chat support software and customer relationship management systems. 6. Hardworking and confident personality traits.
