Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Solita is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities: - Assist with maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication and support - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups - Conduct research on client industries and market trends to provide relevant information and insights - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts - Assist with the development and implementation of client engagement strategies - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback for future reference

Requirements: - Proven experience in a client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
