Client Relations Assistant

We are looking for a Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Vire Labs in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience.

As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your main tasks will include communicating with clients via email, phone, and in person, addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. You will also assist in organizing client meetings, preparing reports, and working on various projects to enhance client relations.

The ideal candidate for this role is independent and reliable, able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and project management skills are essential for success in this position.

In addition to the above requirements, the Client Relations Assistant will be expected to participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives as part of our commitment to giving back to the community.
