Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

SingleStore is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will possess a strong sense of independence and motivation, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to persuade clients when needed.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Client Relations Manager in maintaining and developing client relationships - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and company updates - Handle client enquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Assist in organizing and coordinating client events, meetings, and presentations - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Client Relations Manager

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and motivated to exceed client expectations - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Persuasive and able to negotiate with clients when necessary - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
