Remote Client Relations Associate

HMD Global is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and timely responses to inquiries - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Generate reports and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure client retention and growth - Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services

Requirements: - Strong independent work ethic and ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Energetic and proactive approach to client relations - Excellent leadership and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in a client-facing role in a similar industry is preferred
