Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

TietoEVRY is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a leading global provider of digital services and software solutions, TietoEVRY is at the forefront of innovation and technology. The Remote Client Relations Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing business opportunities.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service delivery - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM software - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and industry trends - Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations to pitch products and services to clients - Stay updated on industry news and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or sales - Energetic and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
