Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Next Games, a leading mobile game developer based in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join their team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Conduct regular analysis of client feedback and provide insights to the internal team for continuous improvement - Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Use persuasion tactics to upsell additional products or services to clients when appropriate - Assist with onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support throughout their lifecycle - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system
