Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

YIT Corporation is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will be dedicated, energetic, and possess strong persuasion and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conference to establish and maintain strong relationships - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide feedback and insights from clients to improve products and services - Regularly update clients on new products, promotions, or company updates

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
