Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Rovio Entertainment is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business objectives - Track client engagement and satisfaction metrics to continuously improve our services - Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Passionate and motivated about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends - Effective negotiation skills to create mutually beneficial agreements - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience working remotely and using virtual communication tools - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
