Job Description:

Vire Labs, a cutting-edge technology company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service - Assist in the development of client relationships and retention strategies - Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and exceed expectations - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market insights to provide valuable input to clients

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of client relations - Strong innovation and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
