Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Bittium is seeking a passionate and independent Client Relations Associate to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations. The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Actively listen to clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to clients - Assist in the organization of client events, meetings, and presentations - Prepare reports and analyze data related to client interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Innovative thinking and creativity in problem-solving - Experience in customer service or client relations preferred
