Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Relations Associate to join our team at Qt Group. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients - Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven leadership abilities in managing client relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in a client-facing role within a similar industry - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Dedicated and hardworking attitude
