Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Wärtsilä is looking for a motivated and experienced Client Relations Associate to work remotely from home in Tampere, Finland. This part-time position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team at the Associate Level, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Analyze client data and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and retention rates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve performance

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills - Proven track record in client relations or a similar role - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
