Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Kojamo, a leading real estate company based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As an entry-level position, we require at least one year of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate and build relationships with clients through various channels such as email, phone calls, and virtual meetings - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences, and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Requirements: - Strong dedication to delivering excellent service to clients - Reliable and able to work independently from home - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take initiative - Proficient in conducting research to understand client needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of real estate or property management is a plus
