Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Cargotec is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Associate to work from home in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Relations Associate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Provide feedback to management on client trends, preferences, and concerns - Assist with client retention efforts and develop strategies to increase client base - Track and report on client interactions and outcomes in the company's CRM system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Previous experience in client relations or customer service required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Vision insurance, Paid sick leave - Company equipment - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong time management and leadership skills
