Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Hilton is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Manager to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication with clients - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients in a professional and timely manner - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, making necessary improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Energetic and dedicated personality - Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
