Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Curious AI, a cutting-edge artificial intelligence company based in Helsinki, is seeking a talented Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client relations, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients remotely through regular communication and updates - Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support - Lead client onboarding processes and ensure seamless implementation of our products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services to existing clients - Monitor client accounts to track performance and address any issues promptly - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously - Dedicated and motivated with a strong sense of ownership over client relationships - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Leadership skills to guide clients through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
