Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

ZenRobotics is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Understand client needs and provide solutions to address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base - Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or feedback promptly - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed

Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
