Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Raisio plc, a leading Finnish company in the food industry, is seeking a talented Client Relations Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home within Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in client relations and a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

As a Client Relations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring that all communication is timely and effective. Your role will also involve identifying new opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients - Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement client retention strategies - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide regular reports on client activity and satisfaction to senior management - Foster a positive and collaborative relationship between the company and its clients

Requirements: - At least 8 years of experience in client relations - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong critical thinking and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
