Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Lean Entries, a dynamic company based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team. As an entry-level position with no required years of experience, we are looking for a resourceful and hardworking individual who values teamwork and possesses strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 2. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 3. Assisting in the development of client proposals and contracts. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 5. Analyzing client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 6. Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for innovative solutions. 7. Representing Lean Entries at client meetings and events. 8. Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. A high school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Must have a valid driver's license. 7. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings. 8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
