We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team at Oura Ring, a leading company in the health and wellness industry. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, such as email, phone calls, and video conferences - Listen to clients' concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant departments - Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about Oura Ring products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing clients - Assist with client retention strategies and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Hardworking and confident attitude towards client interactions - Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs - Innovative thinking to come up with creative solutions to client issues - No prior experience required, as full training will be provided
