Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team at TietoEVRY in Helsinki, FI. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. This position is part-time and entry level, making it a great opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic, driven, and looking to kick start their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services - Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Identify new business opportunities with existing clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support initiatives aimed at client retention and growth

Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Energetic and driven personality - Ability to work well in a team environment - Prior experience in client relations is a plus, but not required
