Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Fortum is seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for a resourceful and adaptable individual with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement client engagement strategies - Monitor client accounts and address any issues or concerns promptly - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client status and feedback - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
