Client Relations Officer - Work from home

As a Client Relations Officer at Eve-Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work remotely from home in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and video conferences - Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Attend networking events or conferences to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients - Assist with the development of marketing materials or client communication strategies

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Resourceful and hardworking with excellent communication skills - Ability to present information effectively and persuasively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
