Client Relations Representative

Job description:

Optomed is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in client relations and customer service.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address any concerns or inquiries - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent decision-making and planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
